Can I try an extesion without buying it?

Some of our extensions have a free version that you can download and try before you buy the premium version. A free version will lack some of the more sophisticated options found in a premium version, but the core use will be the same. There is also a refund guarantee.

Free subscription vs paid subscription. What’s the difference?

A free subscription only requires registration once and you have a lifetime access to the product as long as the product is being supported by our team. A paid subscription is limited to a specified time period. When that time period has expired you will no longer have the specified paid subscription privilages. 

How do I buy an extension?

It's easy! Just click the button under the extension plan you wish to buy, fill in the form and wait for a confirmation email. When you get the email, please verify your email address if you haven't done it before. Once your email address has been verified, your login credentials for Pixpro Labs will be sent to you. Use these to login to the site and go to My downloads and download your newly aquired extension.

Is there a refund policy?

Pixpro offers a 30 day money back guarantee on our Joomla Extensions. If you for any reason decide that this extension is not what you expected or does not meet your needs just let us know at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will refund your money minus the transaction fee of 2.9% + 0.27 EURO that Stripe charges. You will need to uninstall the extension that you have tried and delete any copies that you have of it.

What are the standard minimum requirements for Joomla! products?

Minimum requirements are established for each product and can be found on the product description pages. Here you can find the technical requirements for your Joomla! installation. We do not guarantee that our products will work on anything less than the Joomla! technical requirements. We do not provide support for setups that do not meet the Joomla! technical requirements or the stated product requirements.

Just bought an extension?

I bought an extenstion but I can't download it!

Don't worry, you will get your extension. First, did you get an email requesting you verify your email address? If so, did you verify your email? Once this is done, you should get an email with your login credentials for the Pixpro Labs site. Use these to login and you will find your extension under My downloads.

I downloaded an extension but I can't install it!
